Wouldn’t it be healthier to use our resources on something that’s present and not waste them on assumptions or ideas?

Training the mind to stay in the present moment without changing anything, with an attitude of openness and acceptance of reality as it is, causes significant structural and functional changes in the brain. If you want people to pay attention to what you are saying, you shouldn’t raise your voice, but lower it. This is what really catches the eye. Sometimes we may not be drawn to what is best for us, but to what we don’t know.

One of the things we all need to work on is how to focus our attention on what is most useful and / or best for us. We must not get lost in unrealistic struggles. Or get lost in our thoughts as we let life slip away.
