Believing that we have the future in our hands is a double-edged sword. On the one hand, it gives us security and vitality. On the other hand, it can create a huge void in us.
Starting over from scratch involves ending things that went wrong and letting them go because it can even hurt you.
Starting over from scratch means realizing that something has to change in your life and that you have to heal your wounds in order to look to the future again.
Like everyone else at some point, it’s likely that you will feel the need to put your life on hold to give yourself another chance at being happy.
You think you are going around aimlessly, following the same sequence of events and you don’t know how to get out of it, but you are aware that you have to do it.
The beginning is knowing that it will take you time and will depend on many factors.
You can’t start over without being prepared
Time is of the essence when we are lost. Without it, we cannot start over from the beginning.
As soon as we realize that we have to start from scratch , we notice that something has changed in us and that we are no longer the same. We must learn to recognize ourselves.
Knowing who we are after going through emotional blockages is mandatory in order to build relationships with new people, to thrive as we are in all walks of life, or just to be happy with what we do.
Not taking the time to do this is one of the most common mistakes we make. We are ready to start over when the evil may not yet be healed.
Not taking the necessary time can set us back
Being prepared is a must and takes time. This time is very personal and relative. There is no rule for this, because the only rule there can be depends on the degree of inner loss, suffering, willpower and strength.
We are different as people and our ability to deal with certain situations is not the same as that of others.
One thing is certain: like any path, that of starting from scratch has its rules, and when we do not respect them, we may have to back down.
Sometimes we think that we are ready for a new beginning when in fact reality falls on us and completely engulfs us. This is his way of telling us that we are wrong and that there is still a long way to go.

It is difficult to accept something that you do not understand. It can be devastating to learn to live without something you count on; and seeing someone leave our life too early can seem insurmountable to us …
However, starting from scratch teaches us a lot of things that cannot be seen at first glance and that make us grow.
The effort that we are able to make when we have such an experience turns in the end into a positive reward that can fill us, in the form of experience and well-being.
Finally, after many sacrifices, we will feel free and emotionally fulfilled : we will know what we have experienced and we will only keep what is really useful to us.
We will have learned to live with what we have in the present and we will be able to mark our life with a new beginning.
Starting over will mark a new beginning that comes at the end of a necessary, but now over, step.
